Some users may notice multiple(more than 2/3) image uploads being interrupted when sending images in bulk on WhatsApp.
Sending one, two, or three images at a time should work normally. Text messages are not affected.

Our team is monitoring the situation and working to stabilize bulk image uploads.

lIncident Resolved – Image Sending Issue

Our engineering team worked continuously over the weekend, and the issue has now been fully resolved.

We have migrated the system to a more stable server environment and fixed the underlying problem. After extensive testing, everything is now stable and working as expected.

The main cause was not directly from our application. It was triggered by an unexpected inconsistency between Meta’s infrastructure and the server environment we were using. However, we have now taken preventive measures to avoid similar issues in the future.

The system is fully safe, thoroughly tested, and confirmed stable.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused over the weekend. We understand the impact this had, and we are committed to responding even faster going forward.

Incident Update – Image Sending

Our engineers are actively working on fixing the image-sending issue. At this moment we've fixed the bulk image sending error.

But still For now, if you need to send images urgently, please use small image sizes (maximum 100 KB per image).
You can send multiple images, just make sure each individual image stays under this size.

This issue mainly affects big size image sending from chat message, template messages images are working fine.

We are already working on an update that will allow larger image sizes, in line with WhatsApp support. This will be available soon.

We were facing a technical issue related to Meta and our server infrastructure interaction. To properly stabilize the system and prevent further disruption, we needed to take the server temporarily offline for important adjustments.

This was not scheduled maintenance. The temporary downtime was necessary to ensure long-term stability and improved performance.

The system is now stable and operating normally.
